Can't report Elon as he is the military industries darling.
Elon is probably already going to jail anyway, but I'd still report him. FBI and military are separate and even if the military needs his Starlink satellites FBI doesn't. It's probably the other people on Xitter who need the reports more since Elon is probably already going to jail.
