I've largely assumed Australia was closed and only New Zealand was going to be open, but that might not be the case. I have no idea yet, have to get money and visas, do desperately want to move though because I think everyone who doesn't is going to have a bad time, except for the few people I described. Sounds like all of Substack is moving one place or another at this point, so that's good at least.
